Faulty Fuel pump
Dirty fuel filter
Battery and charging system problem

Solution
Replace fuel filter
Repair or replace fuel pump
Repair charging system

Mitigation
Avoid dirty fuel
Use correct the octane fuel as per Owner’s Manual
