Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65 Accelerator Pedal Sensor Wiring Diagram

[Roland.O]

This OEM wiring diagram gives you the complete circuit layouts, wire colours and connector pinouts for the A20 assembly. It gives the procedures needed to verify twin sensor tracking voltages, isolate open or shorted harness connections and resolve reduced power delivery faults. Without this diagram, you risk misdiagnosis and incorrect circuit testing on high sensitivity lines which can damage the ECM.

Common questions that this diagram answers

1. What is the pinout chart for the accelerator pedal sensor A20 connector on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
2. How do I test the dual 5V reference circuits at the accelerator pedal sensor on an ASU60/ASU65?
3. What are the wire colours for the accelerator sensor harness on a Toyota Harrier 8AR-FTS engine?
4. How do you isolate an out-of-correlation sensor fault from a broken harness wire when diagnosing throttle pedal codes for ASU60/ASU65?

How to access the diagram
