This OEM camshaft timing oil control valve wiring diagram gives the complete circuit layouts, wire colours and pinout mappings for both D53 and D71 actuator sockets. It gives you precise engineering maps needed to scope the duty cycle signals, test continuity and solve rough idle and timing-retard codes. Trying to diagnose VVT and oil control valve actuation faults without OEM procedures poses a high risk that can cause damage to the ECM.
Common questions that this diagram answers
- What is the pinout chart for the intake oil control valve D71 connector on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
- How do I check the circuit resistance for the exhaust timing valve assembly D53 on a Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
- Which ECM terminals drive the pulse-width modulated (PWM) signals to the Toyota Harrier 8AR-FTS oil control valves?
- How do you isolate a wiring fault from a faulty mechanical solenoid in a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65 variable valve timing network?
