This diagram is essential for circuit tracing, power and ground verification and connector identification accross the fuel delivery network. It gives the wiring and control lines running between the ECM, fuel pump ECU assembly(Q29) and the fuel pump assembly (D64) enabling accurate pulse width modulation(PWM) and duty cycle command tracking. Without this OEM diagram, you can easily misdiagnose an ECM issue as a mechanical pump failure thereby replacing unnecessary parts. You can also damage the fuel pump ECU if proper procedures are not followed.
Common questions that this diagram answers
- What is the connector pinout chart for the Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65 fuel pump ECU Q29?
- How do I test the fuel pump assembly D64 control lines on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
- What are the wire colours for the fuel pump control ECU harness on a Toyota Harrier 8AR-FTS?
- How do you isolate a fault between the main engine ECM and the fuel pump controller on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
