Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65 Horn Wiring Diagram

This diagram is required for circuit tracing, power and ground verification and connector identification for the horn loop. It gives the direct electrical paths between the steering wheel horn switch, the spiral(clockspring), the horn relay and the dual horn assemblies. Without this factory diagram you risk incorrect wiring identification which can lead to shorts or mistaken probing of the adjacent airbag circuits in the steering column. This can spring up new circuit faults and lead to unnecessary replacement of components.

Common questions that this diagram answers

  1. Where is the horn relay located on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
  2. How do I test the horn switch circuit at the steering wheel on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
  3. What is the pinout configuration for the dual horn connector on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
  4. Which fuse protects the horn circuit on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
