This official wiring diagram is critical for circuit tracing, power and ground verification and sensor signal calibration for the intake MAF connector D14. It gives exact pin configurations for the 12V power feed, the 5V sensor reference voltage, the chassis ground path and the voltage lines sending airflow data to the ECM. Attempting to diagnose sluggish performance or rich/lean fuel faults without factory procedures can lead to pinning mistakes during scope or multimeter testing causing permanent damage to the ECM.
Common questions that this diagram answers
- What is the pinout mapping for the Intake Mass Air Flow Meter D14 connector on a Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
- How do I test for proper 5V reference and 12V supply power at the Toyota Harrier ASU60/ASU65 MAF sensor?
- What are the wire colours for the mass air flow meter harness on a Toyota Harrier 8AR-FTS engine?
- How do you isolate an open ground wire from a failing sensor element when diagnosing MAF circuit fault codes for Harrier ASU60/ASU65?
